The Settlement Administrator has been made aware that certain individuals(s) who are not affiliated in any way with the Settlement Administrator or the Settlement Fund nor are authorized to act on behalf of the Settlement Administrator, may be attempting to ascertain banking information using what appears to be a fraudulently-created distribution check that gives the appearance that it was issued from the Soap Settlement (Dial Complete) Settlement Fund. As a reminder, to be eligible to receive a payment in this matter you must have filed a claim.

Please note the Settlement Administrator and Counsel for the parties will never request that you text or email a verification of deposit of funds. Additionally, no checks in this matter were, or will be, sent via FedEx. If you receive a check via FedEx (or other overnight courier), or were given instructions to supply verification of deposit (e.g. asking to provide your banking information), or if you did not submit a claim in this Settlement,
DO NOT provide your information and DO NOT deposit the check.
 The check is not valid and will not be honored.

If you purchased Dial Complete Liquid Hand Soap in the United States Between January 1, 2001 and January 2, 2019. You may be eligible to receive a payment from a Class Action Settlement.

A proposed nationwide Settlement has been reached in a class action lawsuit involving Dial Complete Liquid Hand Soap. The Settlement resolves litigation over whether the Defendants allegedly violated laws regarding the marketing, advertising and sale of Dial Complete Liquid Hand Soap in the United States. If the Court gives final approval to the Settlement, Defendant Dial Corporation, will establish as Settlement Fund to provide payments, for each eligible Class Member further explained in the Notice.

DO NOTHING

If you do nothing, you will remain part of the Settlement but will not receive a Settlement Benefit. You will also give up your right to object to the Settlement and you will be not be able to be part of any other lawsuit about the legal claims in this case.

The Court in charge of this Action has preliminarily approved the Settlement and must decide whether to give final approval to the Settlement. The relief provided to Class Members will be provided only if the Court gives final approval to the Settlement and, if there are any appeals, after the appeals are resolved in favor of the Settlement.
